First of all though I may have seen the original when young, besides them being lizards, I really don’t remember the storyline. So this is a review based only on the current series with no baggage from the first series.

Overall it seemed well made and is developing into a decent story. Of course there are lots of unanswered questions about what is going on and why. This is all part of the fun of the series. As long as the questions actually get answered.

Elizabeth Mitchell is great, I liked her in Lost also. Morena Baccarin and Laura Vandervoort make sexy villains.

Our View: Looks like it is going to be good.

While I love science fiction, a bunch of people stranded on a ship just isn’t coming out as that exciting.  The do or die story structure is rather boring, since there have been more miraculus happenings than not.  One alien entity in six episodes and no alien races?  After six episodes this is really starting to bore me.

Our view:  Nothings going on here.

This seemed like a French Sherlock Holmes movie with some paranormal stuff thrown in. It was fairly engaging, but a strange story overall.

This was different. Not a bad movie, but not an I got to see it again. A woman is deceived by her fiancé and follows him to a revolution in South America. They end up on different sides.

A time travel movie back to the middle ages. The time travel does not carry the movie, so only watch it if you like the middle ages.

A B movie staring Rena Mero, also known as Sable. Also has Daniela Krhut and Lucie Yondracek. Princesses are captured and made to slave away in a mine. Ok so without the nudity it just sucks.

Ok if all you are looking for is nudity.

This is your typical B movie. Not really great, but a lot of naked women. Take out the nudity and you got a lot of wasted money. Karen McDougal and Lisa Dergan are slaves turned into gladiators.

This was a good martial arts flick. You have to accept that martial artist can basically fly. Yes it is an over the top martial arts movie. It did have a good story and enjoyable characters. I don’t really like this type of film, but I liked this one.

Martial arts buffs must see.

This movie could have been better. The story was way to linear. No real surprises. The big actors & actresses couldn’t make this film stand out. Average performances by Jason Statham, Leelee Sobieski, Ron Perlman, Burt Reynolds and Ray Liotta. Might be a great game but it wasn’t a great movie.

If you like fantasy then see it.

Wasn’t a bad story. The martial arts got boring after a while. Some comedy, but not a lot. While Jet Li and Jackie Chan were good, the main character was pretty boring.

You only need to see it if you love martial arts.
